Winter
Pride Fest, San Juan PR
WPF2025 is in my past. While every
experience is valued, being a sponsor is one I will not repeat. The
person in charge is also one of the owners of Coqui Del Mar LLC.
· Didn’t keep appointments, didn’t even bother to show up for
the event
· Didn’t list me as a sponsor
· CDM was the only listed sponsor
· This was the only form of payment so effectively I got
nothing
· Took credit for my work and instructed the manager on duty to
remove my business card from the swag bags
·
He did not
participate financially or artistically in the gifts that his guest received
·
Given the choice of
including business cards or guests receiving no gifts, he did cave on this one
· I will say that he treated me like one of the staff, which
was horrible
· Nothing is ever his fault.
A customer claimed that the event was misrepresented and he approached
me about it. Every representation was
literally cut and pasted from his ‘official’ site. Couldn’t tell me what was misrepresented, to
whom it was misrepresented or when, but he was sure I had something to do with
it.
· Starts every conversation with negative – by his own
admission instead of telling the chef he did a good job on brunch, he told them
that they left the door open. The door
that opens into the serving area, slamming into guests if someone doesn’t
exercise great care.
·
Insists on respect,
while he gives none – respect is earned, not taken or demand
